This guarantee means that if the installation does not go smoothly, we will provide a replacement for your product without any charge. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.

To avail this guarantee, all you need to do is email us at returns@licenseddecor.com with the following details: your full name and order number, confirmation of watching the relevant fitting instructional video before installation, an explanation of the issue you faced, and two to three images of the product to illustrate the problem.
