All products produced by Licenseddecor.com are Printed on Demand and Made to Order specifically for you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not 100% happy with the item you received, please email us at returns@licenseddecor.com, and we will gladly address any complaints, issues, or defects with your item. We will get back to you within five working days.
‘Printed on Demand’ or ‘Personalised’ merchandise can only be returned if defective. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we may ask for evidence from you (the customer) to prove that the goods were faulty or defective upon receipt; without such evidence, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for your item. Please provide 2 to 3 images showing any quality issues or defects.
We cannot provide a free refund or replacement if an item has been used or damaged after receipt. Please look at our ‘installation guarantee’ for more information on how we can help you.

On the reverse side of the enclosed packing slip included with your licenseddecor.com order, please indicate the reasons for the return and specify whether you prefer to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original payment method).
